Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for booking makeup services to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both clients and makeup artists. Booking Process - Advance Booking: Clients are encouraged to book makeup services at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. - Contact Methods: Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. Please provide your full name, contact information, and preferred date and time. - Confirmation: A confirmation email or message will be sent within 24 hours of booking. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other online payment methods such as Apple Pay, Zelle, Chime & PayPal. The full payment is due on the day of the service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $25(Deposit). - Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. Late Arrivals: - Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on the makeup artist’s availability. - If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. *Special Requests*: - For special events or large group bookings, please contact us directly to discuss your needs and ensure we can accommodate your request. Client Responsibilities - Clients should arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, to ensure the best results. - Inform the makeup artist of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment.
